Dylan Rhodes
Dylan Rhodes founded Parker-Lambert in 2016 after years in marketing leadership at some of the largest consumer electronics companies in California's Silicon Valley.
Throughout his career working with agencies as a client, Dylan found a consistent pattern: agencies that prioritized billable hours over effective solutions. He started Parker-Lambert to do it differently, building a team and a culture focused on outcomes rather than inputs.
He also, it should be said, really liked making cool things. That hasn't changed.
